WE
ALL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Like
the Hindu, there is an inward realization of truth
That
God is intimately present in all things.
Like
the Buddhist, right living brings us peace,
And
relief from some of the pain of life.
Like
the Jew, atonement for wrongdoing
Is
the only way to grow us away from bad choices.
Like
the Christian, we know we are loved
By
a compassionate God,
Pure
love here and in the hereafter.
Like
the Moslem, God is all-forgiving, ever-merciful.
We
are His children.
Like
the Philosopher, God gave us a brain
With
which to think,
And
with it everything yearns toward Him.
Like
the Atheist, religion attempts
To
keep us as children in bondage,
Religion
often being man-made.
Like
the Politician, godly laws are necessary
For
humanity to survive and flourish.
Like
the Scientist, much of religion
Is
based on superstition.
God
is the supplier of the answers to life’s mysteries.
Like
the Spiritualist, God communicates
To
each of us uniquely.
Therefore,
let us not judge one another.
